Ontario Place is a manufactured housing community located near South Bend, Indiana, in Niles, Michigan.

At Ontario Place, you'll enjoy community living at its best. We have a clubhouse open to all residents, where Friday night card games, birthday celebrations, wedding receptions and pot luck dinners are often enjoyed. During the summer, you'll enjoy community wide events like organized yard sales!

We have extra parking available in the community, so you'll never have to park your RV or boat in your driveway. And we have our own well water septic tank, with water included in the price of your lot rent. We even pay the property taxes (with the exception of additional structures)!
